Meeting Dean & Laicey for our pre-wedding catch-up was such a vibe! We met at her hairdresser’s salon, where we were greeted with champagne and a delicious cheese platter—safe to say, I was already a fan! From the first moment, these two were so easy-going, relaxed, and just genuinely lovely people to be around.
We ran through the finer details of their upcoming wedding, which was just around the corner. It was clear from the beginning that this would be a small, intimate day in Sanctuary Cove—laid-back and beautiful, just like them.
As a Sanctuary Cove wedding photographer (and videographer!), it's always such a dream to shoot in this area. Between the stunning venues, lush gardens, and relaxed coastal vibes, it’s everything you could want from a Gold Coast wedding location. And working with couples like Dean & Laicey? That’s the icing on the cake.
Right after the ceremony—perfectly timed—the rain began to fall. Luckily, we had wrapped up all of the outdoor moments just in time! We headed inside to continue capturing memories in their stunning private home. With limited time, we made the most of the beautiful interior, especially the glamorous chandeliers upstairs that gave us a few last magical shots.
Soon it was time to wrap up, as Dean & Laicey were heading off to finish the evening with their loved ones at a beautiful restaurant in Sanctuary Cove for a private dinner celebration.
